John Stewart
Founder and Advisor
John brings his knowledge and insight to advising on ARC's investment decision-making process. He has played lead roles in numerous corporate advisory engagements and developed unique expertise in the structuring, negotiation and closing of major corporate transactions. John is a member of ARC's Investment committee.
- Key driver of ARC's corporate advisory business from 1989 to 1996.
- Prior to founding ARC in 1989 was Vice-President and Director at a major Canadian investment dealer.
- Education includes an M.B.A. from the University of British Columbia and a B.Sc. in Engineering from the University of Calgary.
