Bill Slavin

Managing Director
Bill plays a key role overseeing and actively driving ARC’s investment activities. His responsibilities include deal origination, structuring, monitoring and exit. Bill currently represents ARC on the boards of Aduro Resources Ltd., Rock Energy Inc and Shiningstar Energy Ltd.

• Joined ARC in 1993, following a seven year career as a production engineer and as an economic analyst at two major international oil and gas companies.
• Primarily involved in ARC's corporate advisory business through 1997, and led ARC's investing activities in the alternative energy and energy technology sectors from 2000 to 2003.
• Education includes an M.B.A. from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario and a B.Sc. in Geological Engineering from Queen’s University.
• Member of the YMCA of Calgary's Board of Directors.
