Carl is focused on the origination, structuring and execution of new investment opportunities. His responsibilities also include monitoring and providing support to ARC’s portfolio companies from origination to exit. Carl currently represents ARC on the boards of Advanced Upstream Ltd. and Sanjel Energy Services Inc.
Carl joined ARC in 2018 with prior experience in the artificial lift sector with leading multinational service companies. He has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Queen’s University, a Master of Business Administration from the Haskayne School of Business, is a Professional Engineer and a CFA Charterholder.
